I was engaged by the company to act as Area Development Chef for 20 Hotels/Public houses. Areas of responsibility covered: menu planning; kitchen audits and design; corporate functions, events and weddings; overseeing the day to day running of the award -winning a la carte and table d 'hote restaurants as well as staff training at all levels, including managers, to ensure a consistency of standard was maintained as well as maximising financial returns for the company - www.oldenglish.co.uk

The Graftonbury Garden Hotel

I was responsible for organising a team to provide corporate hospitality for an international 3 day, organic food inference. All produce and beverages were sourced from local, national and international organic suppliers. The conference featured on both BBC and radio.

I was appointed to increase business in a prestige restaurant in the Cheshire area. Working with a team of chefs of all nationalities, new menus were implemented to increase customer numbers and raise the profile of the company within the locality prior to sale. Following the subsequent improved profitability and growth in business the restaurant has since been sold and a leading company has taken over ownership.
