Starters
Chef soup of the day served with freshly baked roll.
Fresh salmon terrine, resting on a bed of crispy lettuce and drizzled with a lemon & herb dressing.
Chicken Pâté with toasted French bread, served with fruit chutney.
Fresh melon with seasonal fruits drizzled with fruit couilis.
Prosciutto ham with rocket salad, served with a balsamic dressing and topped with parmesan cheese
Warm tartlet filled with caramelised red onion topped with goat’s cheese, vine tomatoes on a bed of lettuce.

Main Course
Roasted sirloin served with Yorkshire pudding red wine jus.
Braised lamb shoulder, served with garlic mash and a rich rosemary and redcurrant jus.
Supreme of Chicken, stuffed with spinach and mushrooms. Wrapped in bacon a red wine jus
Poached salmon served on a bed of crushed potatoes and finished in a white wine lemon sauce.
Fresh mediterranean vegetable tartlet, topped with goats cheese on a bed with a tomato sauce.
